曬幹的茄子幹怎麼做好吃法

食材:茄子幹300g、豬皮200g、油20g、醬油30g、紅尖椒50g、蒜10g。

取出做好的茄子幹備用;

肉皮清洗幹淨後放入鍋中煮2分鐘,辣椒切丁備用;

鍋内放入少許油,油熱後放入肉皮;

小火煸出肉皮多餘的油份;

加入大蒜和尖椒丁大火煸炒;

倒入茄子幹,大火爆炒;

加入少量清水,中火焖2分鐘左右;

焖至水分快幹即可出鍋裝盤。
