酸豆角炒牛肉

牛裡脊切片,用料酒、蛋清、鹽、澱粉抓勻腌一會,酸豆角、泡椒切丁。

起鍋熱油,把牛肉片滑熟撈出瀝幹油。

留底油轉中火,下酸豆角、泡椒翻炒,待香味散出後,加一點點白糖,放入滑熟的牛肉,點上醬油和雞粉翻炒均勻即可。
