一、前者that引導的是同位語從句,that在其中不做任何成分。強調與先行詞同位或等同的從句叫做同位語從句。同位語從句的先行詞多fact,news,ideas,thoght,reply,report,reason 等抽象名詞，其關聯詞多為that。如：
The reason that he was late for school was not known.他上學遲到的原因沒人知道。
The reason that he didn't come is clear.他沒來的原因很清楚的。
