然後加入少許幹澱粉和三分之一勺的泡打粉,揉成光滑面團,切好面頭坯,再發酵十幾分鐘再下鍋。

最後冷水入鍋,用中火蒸,使饅頭發酵更充分,熄火時不要馬上開蓋,焖上三分鐘再開蓋。
