決明肝苋湯的做法
材料：苋菜250克，雞肝2副，決明子15克。調味料：鹽2克。
将苋菜剝取嫩葉和嫩梗，洗淨，瀝幹；雞肝洗淨，切片，汆燙去血水後撈起。
決明子洗淨裝入棉布袋紮緊，放入煮鍋中，加1200毫升水熬成湯汁，撈出藥袋丢棄。
加入苋菜，煮沸後下肝片，再煮沸一次，加鹽調味即可。
