準備珍珠米、排骨,瘦肉、香菇、冬菜、芹菜 珍珠米洗幹淨放高壓鍋泡水 排骨瀝水沖洗幹淨 香菇泡發後切碎起鍋燒油爆香盛出備用 瘦肉切沫備用 取适量冬菜清洗兩遍備用 姜切絲 芹菜切碎備用 将排骨、爆香的香菇、冬菜、姜絲一起放入剛剛泡的珍珠米高壓鍋裡面,然後蓋上蓋子壓30分鐘,然後打開繼續開火煮滾,放入瘦肉,和鹽攪拌均勻即可,出鍋前把芹菜碎放裡面攪拌均勻即可上桌啦~,
