腐竹炒青椒的做法

水發腐竹、青椒各250克,水發香菇100克,蔥花、姜片、鹽、醬油、料酒、味精、花生油、香油各适量。

将腐竹洗淨切小段,香菇洗淨切片,青椒洗淨切丁。

炒鍋注油燒熱,下入蔥花、姜片爆鍋,放入腐竹、香菇、青椒翻炒數下。

加入鹽、醬油、料酒、味精及少許鮮湯,炒至變軟變色,淋上香油,出鍋即可。
