① 雞胸肉、冬瓜、豆腐、蔥、姜洗淨,切小塊。
② 将所有食材一同放入破壁機中,攪打成肉泥盛入碗中,加入輔料比例的生抽、料酒、胡椒粉、澱粉均勻攪拌。
③ 不粘鍋加熱,刷一層橄榄油,用左手虎口處将肉泥逐一擠成肉丸,放在平底鍋内(最後失誤變成肉餅了吼吼~味道一樣)
④ 用小火力滿煎至肉丸呈金黃色,用筷子夾出來後,用吸油紙包裹豆腐冬瓜雞肉餅吸取表層油分。
⑤ 夾入盤中食用即可。,
