滑蛋蒸蝦做法步驟

材料:蝦仁50克,雞蛋50克,胡蘿蔔15克。

胡蘿蔔去皮,勿切碎,放入沸水中煮軟,然後再切碎;

蝦仁洗淨,切碎;雞蛋打散;

雞蛋、蝦仁同放深碟内,加入涼開水攪勻;

中火蒸約5分鐘,蛋熟後加入胡蘿蔔。
