将蒜米剝皮拍碎,蔥花切粹,墨魚仔洗淨。

用食用油将蒜蓉炒香,加醬油和蚝油,大火炒出香味後倒入切好的蔥花,翻炒幾下即可關火。

開始一邊燒水一邊釀墨魚仔,即将炒好的蒜用小勺裝進墨魚仔肚子,填滿。水開後,上鍋蒸七八分鐘,即可上桌。
