花生油20ml,鹽20g,蒜頭50g,圓椒400g,金門火腿腸200g,糖40g,生抽20ml。

圓椒洗淨去核切菱形,火腿腸對半切開,再切片,蒜頭拍碎。

熱鍋下油,中火放入火腿片爆香兜起,再熱鍋下油,放入蒜茸爆香,加入圓椒兜勻,在鍋邊灑入溫水,加蓋煮片刻,放入爆過的火腿腸,加少許白糖即可。
