鱿魚切麥穗花刀,蝦仁背部劃一刀,青尖椒切圈,洋蔥切寬絲。

鱿魚用沸水汆一下待鱿魚打卷後就撈出泡在涼水裡。

鍋中加油,下入番茄醬,蒜蓉辣醬炒一下,加糖少許,料酒、白胡椒粉、鹽少許,加适量的水,待湯汁調好口後,用水澱粉勾芡,下入鱿魚,蝦仁快速翻炒,在下入青椒圈、洋蔥絲、快速翻炒幾下,淋香油出鍋!
