怎麼做炸雞翅

材料:雞翅中5個,雞蛋1個,生菜1顆。輔料:辣椒粉20g,幹澱粉50g,炸粉150g,鹽少許,雞粉少許,胡椒粉适量,料酒2大勺,生抽1大勺。

做法:(1)按照食材與調料準備好菜品所需主料及輔料;

(2)雞翅中洗淨,兩邊各打三花刀,蛋液攪拌均勻備用;

(3)将雞翅中放入幹淨容器中,倒入兩大勺料酒;

(4)倒入一大勺生抽;

(5)放入适量黑胡椒粉;

(6)放入适量雞粉;

(7)放入20g辣椒粉,将調料攪拌均勻,腌制20分鐘左右;

(8)将腌制好的雞翅均勻裹上蛋液;

(9)放入幹澱粉中,裹勻;

(10)快速蘸一下清水取出;

(11)裹上炸粉,重複以上步驟,使雞翅均勻的裹上三層炸粉;

(12)取合适容器倒入可以沒過雞翅的食用油,燒至7成熱後小火放入雞翅炸制金黃色後撈出控油即可。
