花生核桃糖不甩

材料:糯米粉200克、片糖2塊、黃糖或砂糖60克、碾碎的花生2湯匙、粘米粉、椰絲、白芝麻等适量。

準備好材料。花生肉碎跟芝麻拌勻,用白镬中火炒香,待涼加入椰絲和砂糖拌勻;

用篩濾過糯米粉,傾入兩湯匙至三湯匙凍開水搓成粉團,搓成小丸後放入滾水裡煮熟,瀝幹水分;

鍋中加水煮融片糖使成糖漿,當片糖完全溶化後,慢慢加入糯米湯丸,要不時用調羹攪拌,以免粘鍋底;

待湯丸熟時取出,撒上炒好的花生芝麻等配料便成。
