韭香河蝦做法步驟

材料:新鮮河蝦250克、韭菜50克、鮮紅椒三隻。調料:油、鹽适量、生抽少許。

先将河蝦剪去尖嘴,用淡鹽水泡泡再反複沖洗幹淨濾幹水,韭菜切小段,紅椒切斜圈;

坐鍋燒熱,下河蝦小火煸至變紅色即可盛出備用;

坐鍋熱油,放蝦炒香,跟着下紅椒和韭菜翻炒均勻,調鹽味淋少許生抽即可。
