把浸泡過的蘿蔔絲控水,浸泡過的蘿蔔絲口感更脆,然後把控淨水的蘿蔔絲放進盆子内。

盆内加入鹽、味精水(味精化成的水)、白醋、适量的香油、少許的木姜油(木姜油不要放得太多),把切好的香菜放進去,攪拌均勻即可裝盤。
