将雞蛋打散;

将面粉倒入牛奶中拌成稀糊狀;

然後過一遍篩子,篩掉一些粉粒蛋絮,這樣面糊會比較細膩;

在蛋糊中加入蔥花、芝麻、鹽、糖、胡椒粉和少許生抽拌勻;

平底鍋抹上一層薄油,燒熱後轉小火,舀上一勺蛋糊倒入;

快速轉開攤成圓餅狀;

小火慢慢煎至兩面熟,然後取出來,在往鍋内滴上幾滴油,均勻的抹開,倒入第二勺蛋糊,然後依次做完,這樣下來一盆子面糊可以煎五六張;

在蛋餅上抹上一層番茄醬,撒上少許肉松,然後對折再對折即可。
