椒鹽基圍蝦的做法

主料:基圍蝦(500克),輔料:澱粉(豌豆)(35克),調料:椒鹽(15克) 花生油(75克),

将蝦洗淨,撈起瀝幹水待用;

炒鍋燒熱,下油燒至六七成熱時,将幹澱粉撒在蝦上,然後放入鍋中,炸至色紅殼脆撈起瀝油;

炒鍋倒去油,接着将蝦倒入鍋中,撒上椒鹽,颠翻幾下,即出鍋裝盆。
