白蘿蔔湯做法

食材:白蘿蔔、豌豆苗、料酒、鹽、味精、香菇

将白蘿蔔(500g)削皮洗淨切絲,下開水煮至八成熟撈出放入大碗。

将豌豆苗(25g)洗淨下開水稍焯撈出。

将鍋燒熱,倒入黃豆芽,加入料酒、鹽、味精燒開後下入白蘿蔔絲、香菇絲燙一下撈出放湯碗内,湯燒開後撒上豌豆苗澆在湯碗内即成。
