豆芽怎麼煮

将黃豆芽擇洗幹淨,控水備用。

青蒜洗淨切段。

炒鍋注油燒熱,下入幹辣椒炸香,放入黃豆芽、精鹽、白糖煸炒,再放入青蒜段翻炒,淋入香油,撒入味精即可。
