怎樣做美味的醋溜枸杞子白菜

準備材料:白菜300克、醬油、香醋、姜末、白糖、食油、精鹽、枸杞各适量。

将白菜洗淨,先切成六分寬的長條,再切成一寸長的斜方片。

鍋放在爐火上,放入食油燒熱,下姜末煸炒出香味時,放入白菜,翻炒幾下,加入精鹽、白糖、醬油、枸杞炒勻,再倒入醋急炒幾下,待聞到醋味時,出鍋即成。
