  1、主料:油菜4棵、香菇6朵。

  2、調料:鹽、生抽、澱粉适量。

  3、用泡香菇的适量水,調入澱粉攪拌均勻待用。

  4、小油菜對半剖開,香菇泡開,劃成十字刀。

  5、鍋中水燒開後加點鹽,分别放入油菜和香菇焯熟擺盤。

  6、鍋裡倒入油,燒熱後倒入芡水熬制黏稠,澆在油菜和香菇上即可。
