  1、餃子皮100克,熟芝麻50克,辣椒面50克,蒜末和小米辣各30克。

  2、首先把餃子皮切成長條,用手拉長,空碗中加入适量的熟芝麻,辣椒面,蒜末和小米辣。

  3、緊接着淋上一層熱油炸香,加入适量的生抽陳醋鹽,白糖雪碧攪拌均勻。

  4、鍋中燒水水開後放入餃子皮,煮熟後撈出倒入調料碗中翻拌均勻即可。
