  1、将墨魚膠和蝦肉蒸熟。

  2、把墨魚膠和蝦肉切碎和蔥花,一起攪拌成面糊。

  3、加入雞蛋,面粉,鹽,胡椒粉和蔥花,一起攪拌成面糊。

  4、放入鍋裡煎,油溫6分熱,鍋裡放少量花生油,中火煎4分鐘左右,過程不停翻餅,避免焦了,油溫太低容易沾鍋,太高容易糊了,墨魚蝦餅兩面金黃即可。
