  1、材料:雞蛋幹150g、茭瓜或莴筍200g、青柿子椒2個、紅柿子椒1個、辣椒醬。

  2、将雞蛋幹切成3厘米長1厘米寬的薄片,茭瓜、青紅柿子椒切菱形片。

  3、炒鍋燒熱,加油适量,放蔥姜蒜末和兩小勺辣椒醬,炒香。

  4、下茭瓜和青紅椒塊,快速翻炒斷生後放入雞蛋幹,加鹽和雞精(鹽不宜多,因為雞蛋幹和辣椒醬都是鹹的了)翻炒幾下就能起鍋了。
