  1、食材,姜3片、蔥1根、蒜2瓣、生抽2勺、老抽1勺、蚝油3勺、鹽少量、小章魚。

  2、小章魚熱水中煮3分鐘。

  3、撈出放入冰水中。

  4、蔥姜蒜放入油鍋中炒出香味,後放入青椒紅椒翻炒。

  5、加入小章魚,倒入醬油,蚝油等調味料,快速翻炒,出鍋啦。
