  1、材料:豬肝150克、香菜200克、油2勺、鹽适量、醬油适量、蔥适量、蚝油适量。

  2、香菜摘洗幹淨切成段,蔥切碎備用,豬肝切成條。鍋裡油熱加入蔥花炒香。加入豬肝翻炒幾下,加入香菜翻炒幾下,加點醬油翻炒均勻。加點蚝油翻炒均勻,炒至香菜斷生加入鹽調勻即可。
