  1、幹墨魚120克、節瓜800克、豬踭肉500克、紅棗3枚、生姜2~3片。

  2、節瓜刮去皮、紅棗去核,均洗淨;

  3、幹墨魚用清水浸泡1小時,洗淨,可取去墨魚骨;

  4、豬踭洗淨,不必刀切;

  5、然後與生姜一起放進瓦煲内,加入清水2500毫升(約10碗水量),先用武火煲沸後,改用文火煲2個小時,調入适量食鹽和少許生油便可。
