  1、可以做涼拌杏花。

  2、鮮杏花适量、黃瓜少許、鹽。

  3、鮮杏花用淡鹽水浸泡5分鐘,瀝幹水分備用。

  4、黃瓜切丁備用。

  5、鍋内燒開水,放入杏花燙5秒鐘,撈出進入冰水中備用。

  6、将焯過水的杏花和黃瓜丁加入适量食鹽拌勻即可食用。
