  1、老豆腐一塊;對半切開;切成片;全部切完;沖洗幹淨,放入平底鍋中+油煎制。

  2、煎制兩面金黃。瀝幹油;芝麻醬+沙茶醬+蚝油+剁椒+老抽+芝麻油+老抽。

  3、調勻後的醬。鍋中放底油,爆香蔥姜蒜、蝦皮、肉末炒出香味。

  4、把調勻的醬倒入鍋中稍炒。一次性加足水,倒入少許老抽;加蓋煮;大火收汁加糖。
