   珍珠米淘洗幹淨,瑤柱清洗幹淨。

   雞腿去骨,切塊,用點生抽,鹽花生油抓腌一下,老姜去皮切絲。

   鍋裡接水倒入珍珠米和瑤柱大火煮開,放入雞骨頭,轉中火熬煮約30分鐘至粥底粘稠時,加點油,大火倒入雞肉攪拌煮約3分鐘加鹽調味撒點香蔥花即可。
