蘿蔔炖五花肉的做法

  1、主料:五花肉、白蘿蔔、蔥、姜、香蔥、醬油、白糖、桂皮、大料

  2、将五花肉切成塊,白蘿蔔切滾刀塊備用;

  3、将白蘿蔔過開水焯燙後取出,鍋中倒入油,将蔥、姜蔥、姜、桂皮、大料煸香後放入五花肉,不斷煸炒至肉上色。

  4、調入醬油、白糖,沖少許開水,小火炖20分鐘,加入白蘿蔔炒勻,出鍋撒上香蔥末即可。
