  1、準備兔肉,鹽,大蔥,料酒,醬油,兔肉切片洗淨,加料酒,醬油腌制入味。大蔥,生姜切絲,将鹽,料酒,白糖,澱粉拌勻,勾兌成汁。

  2、炒鍋放油,将兔肉放油内炸至金黃色,放入姜絲,蔥絲炒香,烹入芡汁,炒勻順鍋邊淋入醋即可。
