  1、首先将洋姜清洗幹淨,之後放在通風處晾幹表面水分,晾幹後收起切成塊備用。

  2、然後取适量丁香、花椒、桂皮、食鹽與水煮成調料水。煮好後放涼。

  3、準備一個幹淨的瓶子或者小壇子,把洋姜和大蒜放進去,再把煮好的料汁倒入到瓶子中,讓料汁沒過洋姜。然後封好瓶子口。

  4、最後放在陰涼處腌制一周以上即可食用。
