  1、材料:雞脯肉400克,蒜苗适量,雞蛋2個。鹽、雞精、料酒、醬油、澱粉、檸檬汁等各适量。

  2、雞脯肉洗淨,切成條,用調料腌至入味。雞蛋打人碗中攪勻。蒜苗擇洗幹淨切斷。

  3、将雞脯肉條均勻地放在蛋液中,然後均勻裹上澱粉。

  4、油鍋坐上燒熱,放入雞條煎炸幾分鐘,直至雞條呈金黃色,撈出備用。

  5、鍋底留油少許繼續加熱,放入蒜苗爆香,加少許鹽,放入炸好的雞條炒勻即可裝盤。
