  1、把準備好的花生米冷油下鍋,油要多一些,沒過花生米。

  2、加入一個大蒜,開小火慢慢炸,不能着急,等待花生米水分蒸發。

  3、花生米開始噼裡啪啦的響,看鍋裡的大蒜,待大蒜炸成金黃色,花生米就可以出鍋了,噴上少量多數白酒會更脆,冷卻後就可以吃了。
