  1、闆栗雞絲粥。食材:大米100克、闆栗100克、雞胸肉80克、鹽5克、油10毫升。做法:大米洗淨後加少許油拌勻,腌制30分鐘,闆栗去殼。雞胸肉洗淨放入清水鍋中煮熟,撈出放涼後順着雞肉的紋理撕成細絲,用少許油和鹽腌制片刻。闆栗切碎。鍋中倒入适量清水,大火燒開後放入腌制好的大米,放入闆栗,再次煮滾後轉小火煲煮30分鐘。待米粥軟爛時将雞絲放入鍋裡,用勺子攪拌均勻,繼續用小火再煮5分鐘,最後加鹽調味即可。

  2、缤紛紅薯粥。食材:白米30克、紅薯半個。做法:大米淘洗幹淨後加入足量的清水,煮成白米粥。紅薯洗淨後削去外皮切成薄片。放入蒸鍋中蒸至熟透。将蒸好的紅薯取出,用勺子碾壓成泥狀。紅薯泥放入白米粥中,攪拌均勻即可。
