  1、生雞蛋3個,紫包菜50克。花生油20克,鹽8克,味精5克。

  2、甘藍清洗淨,切絲,雞蛋打散攪勻;

  3、燒鍋下花生油,放入甘藍絲,放少許鹽、味精炒熟,出鍋擺盤;

  4、燒鍋下油,放雞蛋、鹽、味精同炒至滑嫩,放入紫菜中間即可。
