紅燒鱿魚的家常做法

  1、主料:鱿魚(鮮)750克。調料:醬油10克、料酒15克、鹽5克、味精2克、胡椒粉1克、澱粉(玉米)10克、大蔥20克、姜20克。

  2、将鱿魚切成3厘米見方的塊;蔥、姜适當切片;

  3、鍋中适量放水,将鱿魚下鍋,燒開,撈控淨;

  4、鍋燒熱,放油适量,蔥、姜一同入鍋稍炒;

  5、待出香味,烹入料酒、醬油、添湯少許;

  6、随即把鱿魚、精鹽、味精、胡椒粉放入鍋中,燒開,勾入水澱粉即可。
