  1、把芝士條切片,再把芝士放進電動打蛋器裡攪拌打軟,攪拌約半小時到一小時;

  2、逐次加入巧克力粉和咖啡酒、慕司;

  3、在烤模下鋪上一層錫紙,烤模外面的錫紙有隔水的作用,避免蛋糕最後底部被水蒸氣弄得一塌糊塗;

  4、把芝士糊倒進蛋糕模,用消化餅碎鑲邊,放進烤爐烤半小時後取出降溫;

  5、等完全冷卻後放進冰箱,繼續冷卻4到5小時;

  6、最後取出裝飾,美味的的芝士蛋糕就新鮮出爐了。
