  主料:泡椒,芝麻醬,花生醬,辣椒油。

  輔料:大蒜,花椒粉,味精,特鮮1号,雞精,白糖,精鹽。 

  1、先将泡椒剁細,大蒜瓣剝皮搗爛。 

  2、用一瓷器裝入芝麻醬,花生醬,大蒜細沫,花椒粉,特鮮1号,雞精,白糖,精鹽等拌和均勻。

  3、用菜油燒到八成熟放入泡椒細沫炸香,然後倒入瓷器調好的料中蓋上蓋子,冷卻後即可完成。
