  1、用料:鴨翅适量、醋一湯匙、雞精适量、鹽适量、醬油一湯匙、辣椒适量、蒜頭兩顆。

  2、先用開水燙過一次鴨翅,可以解除腥味,再用開水煮熟鴨翅,倒入配料,辣椒最後放。

  3、小火煮10分鐘,再把鴨翅拿出瀝幹,倒上醋,醬油,還有鹽,蒜頭辣椒,套上保鮮膜,放入冰箱冷藏20分鐘,完畢。
