  1、原料:南瓜500克、椰汁一罐、枸杞、白糖。

  2、南瓜洗淨切薄片裝入盤子,将其疊放好。

  3、鍋裡燒開水,放入南瓜蒸熟後搗成瓜泥。

  4、再另起鍋加入200毫升水與瓜泥混合,待瓜泥燒開後把一罐椰汁淋入瓜泥再充分攪拌均勻後關火,裝碗即可。最後撒上枸杞點綴即可。
