  1、将水芹菜清洗幹淨,焯水備用;

  2、将豆腐幹和胡蘿蔔切絲,将大蒜搗成蒜泥;

  3、将水芹菜切寸段後放入盆中,加入豆腐幹絲和胡蘿蔔絲,再加入蒜泥,

  4、加入一勺白醋(10克),加入10克辣椒醬(風味自定),加入1克鹽,加入1克雞精,加入20ML芝麻油。攪拌均勻即可食用。
