  1、瘦肉150克,黃瓜幹200克。油2大匙,紹酒、醬油各1大匙,白糖1小勺,精鹽、味精各1/3小勺,蔥片少許,澱粉适量。

  2、将豬肉切成薄片;黃瓜幹用清水泡軟洗淨,擠幹水分備用。

  3、炒鍋與火燒熱,加适量底油,放入肉片煸炒至變色,下蔥片爆香,烹紹酒,加入醬油,放入黃瓜幹煸炒片刻,添少許湯,加精鹽、味精、白糖,調好口味,翻炒均勻入味,用水澱粉勾薄芡,淋明油,出鍋裝盤即可。
