  1、原料:小米75g、牛奶50g、色拉油35g、蛋黃3個、蛋白3個、紅糖40g;

  2、首先用破壁機,将小米打成細膩的粉末;

  3=然後在碗裡加入牛奶、色拉油,攪拌成乳膏狀,将乳化液倒入蛋黃中,小米粉過篩,加入蛋黃液中;

  4、蛋清加檸檬汁,分三次加入紅糖進行打發,打發至濕性偏幹狀态即可;

  5、接下來将蛋白霜和蛋黃糊混合,倒入鍋中,用保鮮膜封住;

  6、最後放入烤箱中,蒸汽模式30分鐘,然後關機焖5分鐘即可。
