  1、海參切長條,香菇去蒂、切薄片,杏鮑菇切條,蒜頭切末。

  2、面條下鍋,煮至8成熟,放入上海青煮熟,撈出放入冷水中備用。

  3、鍋中熱油,放入蒜末,蘑菇、杏鮑菇,翻炒至軟。

  4、加入瘦肉丁、海參翻炒。

  5、加入料酒、醬油調味,即可出鍋食用。
