  1、黃瓜摘下來清洗幹淨,用刀切,然後撒上少許鹽,在盆子裡掂一掂,再控水,備用。

  2、在鍋中倒入花生油,熱油,放入花椒,炸出香味了,倒入碗裡冷卻,備用。

  3、用一個大點的湯碗,倒入醬油,生抽,白糖攪拌均勻,待白糖融化,再放入,蒜片,還有料酒和耗油,最後放入備用的油和黃瓜。

  4、最後攪拌均勻,放入冰箱2小時,完成。
