  1、食材:400克瘦肉,400克鮮淮山,紅棗20粒、元肉(桂圓)20粒、姜1片、水8碗。

  2、瘦肉洗淨切塊,氽水撈起沖淨。

  3、鮮淮山洗淨去皮,切大塊,怕變色的話可浸泡在冷水裡待用。

  4、紅棗、元肉洗淨,紅棗拍扁去核。

  5、煮沸清水,放入所有材料,大火煮20分鐘,轉小火煲一個半小時,下鹽調味食用,即可食用。
