  1、脆炸火龍果地做法

  2、材料:火龍果1個,花生油500克(實耗油50克),鹽5克,面粉50克,生粉80克,泡打粉3克,清水适量。

  3、做法

  (1)火龍果去殼起肉,切厚片。

  (2)面粉、生粉、鹽、泡打粉淡水調勻,制成脆漿,靜放10分鐘待用。

  (3)燒鍋下油,油溫120度時,放入每片挂上脆糊地火龍果,炸至外脆裡嫩撈起擺入碟内即成。
